Juvenile Batfish
Platax pinnatus
Juvenile Batfish is one of my favorite fishes and a perfect example of mimicry. In its juvenile state it is colorfu and elegant, and disguises itself with the colors and movements of the poisonous flatworm in order to signal to potential predators to avoid it.
